Where we ship

COSEA currently ships to the United States and the Philippines. Additional destinations may become available depending on checkout settings and logistics conditions.

Free standard shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$60. Orders below US$60 receive shipping rates at checkout based on destination and method.

Processing time

Most ready-to-ship pieces are processed in 2-5 business days. Made-to-order, customized, engraved, pre-order, or limited items may take longer. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of customs clearance, local courier handling, weather, holidays, peak seasons, or incorrect shipping information.

United States: 8-18 business days
Philippines: 7-15 business days
Additional destinations, if available: timing varies by location

Tracking information

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent after dispatch. Please allow time for the tracking number to update.

Shipping delays

COSEA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, local couriers, failed delivery attempts, inaccurate addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. Contact support if tracking remains unchanged for an unusually long period.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for complete and accurate shipping information. Reshipping, return shipping, customs, or handling costs may apply when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or non-collection.

Delivered but not received

When tracking shows delivered, first check the mailbox, reception, parcel locker, neighbors, household members, and local courier. COSEA will assist with review but is not responsible for theft or loss after carrier-confirmed delivery.
